군사기밀 보호법 제10조(군사기밀 보호조치의 불이행 등)

① 군사기밀을 취급하는 사람이 정당한 사유 없이 제5조제1항에 따른 표시, 고지나 그 밖에 군사기밀 보호에 필요한 조치를 하지 아니한 경우에는 2년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

② 군사기밀을 취급하는 사람이 정당한 사유 없이 군사기밀을 손괴ㆍ은닉하거나 그 밖의 방법으로 그 효용을 해친 경우에는 1년 이상의 유기징역에 처한다.
