국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 제98조(공사완료의 공고 등)

① 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 시행자(국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사와 대도시 시장은 제외한다)는 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 공사를 마친 때에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사완료보고서를 작성하여 시ㆍ도지사나 대도시 시장의 준공검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.3.23>

② 시ㆍ도지사나 대도시 시장은 제1항에 따른 공사완료보고서를 받으면 지체 없이 준공검사를 하여야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 a어 report^r리포트 on안 the^ð더 completion컴플리션 of어^v브 works워크스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 or오 the^ð더 mayor메이어 of어^v브 a어 large라지 city시티 shall섈 conduct칸덕트 a어 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

③ 시ㆍ도지사나 대도시 시장은 제2항에 따른 준공검사를 한 결과 실시계획대로 완료되었다고 인정되는 경우에는 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 시행자에게 준공검사증명서를 발급하고 공사완료 공고를 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>

④ 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장인 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 시행자는 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 공사를 마친 때에는 공사완료 공고를 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.3.23>

⑤ 제2항에 따라 준공검사를 하거나 제4항에 따라 공사완료 공고를 할 때에 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장이 제92조에 따라 의제되는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등에 관하여 제7항에 따라 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의한 사항에 대하여는 그 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등을 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 시행자(국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사와 대도시 시장은 제외한다)는 제5항에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등의 의제를 받으려면 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 신청할 때에 해당 법률에서 정하는 관련 서류를 함께 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.3.23>

⑦ 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장은 제2항에 따른 준공검사를 하거나 제4항에 따라 공사완료 공고를 할 때에 그 내용에 제92조에 따라 의제되는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등에 해당하는 사항이 있으면 미리 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑧ 국토교통부장관은 제5항에 따라 의제되는 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등의 처리기준을 관계 중앙행정기관으로부터 받아 통합하여 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
