국방첨단과학기술사관학교 설치법 제10조(졸업자의 임용)

① 과학기술사관학교의 학사학위과정을 이수하고 졸업한 사람은 육군, 해군 및 공군(이하 "각군"이라 한다)의 소위로 임용한다.

② 과학기술사관학교의 학사학위과정 졸업자로서 대학원의 석사학위과정을 이수하고 졸업한 사람은 각군의 중위로 임용한다.
