국민연금법 시행규칙 제46조(기금의 지출)

① 기금재무관이 기금지출관에게 기금을 지출하도록 할 때에는 지출원인행위 관계 서류를 기금지출관에게 보내야 한다.

② 기금지출관이 기금재무관의 지출원인행위에 따라 기금을 지출하려는 경우에는 「국고금관리법 시행령」 제28조부터 제30조까지를 준용한다.
