국민기초생활 보장법 제33조(보장시설의 장의 의무)

① 보장시설의 장은 보장기관으로부터 수급자에 대한 급여를 위탁받은 경우에는 정당한 사유 없이 이를 거부하여서는 아니 된다.

② 보장시설의 장은 위탁받은 수급자에게 보건복지부장관 및 소관 중앙행정기관의 장이 정하는 최저기준 이상의 급여를 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30>

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 security시큐^r러티 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 provide프^r러^v바이드 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 recipients^r리시피언츠 with위^ð드 benefits베너^f핏츠 at앳 or오 above어버^v브 the^ð더 minimum미너멈 standards스탠더즈 set셋 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 and앤드 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency.에이전시

③ 보장시설의 장은 위탁받은 수급자에게 급여를 실시할 때 성별ㆍ신앙 또는 사회적 신분 등을 이유로 차별대우를 하여서는 아니 된다.

(3) When웬 providing프^r러^v바이딩 benefits베너^f핏츠 to투 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 recipients,^r리시피언츠 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 security시큐^r러티 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 not낫 discriminate디스크^r리머네잇 against어겐스트 them^ð뎀 on안 the^ð더 grounds그^r라운즈 of어^v브 sex,섹스 religion,^r릴리전 social소우실 status,스태터스 or오 the^ð더 like.라이크

④ 보장시설의 장은 위탁받은 수급자에게 급여를 실시할 때 수급자의 자유로운 생활을 보장하여야 한다.

(4) When웬 providing프^r러^v바이딩 benefits베너^f핏츠 to투 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 recipients,^r리시피언츠 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 security시큐^r러티 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 guarantee게^r런티 them^ð뎀 a어 free^f프^r리 life.라이^f프

⑤ 보장시설의 장은 위탁받은 수급자에게 종교상의 행위를 강제하여서는 아니 된다.

(5) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 security시큐^r러티 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 not낫 force^f포스 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 recipients^r리시피언츠 to투 take테이크 part파트 in인 religious^r릴리저스 practices.프^r랙터시즈
