국민기초생활 보장법 제26조(급여의 결정 등)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제22조에 따라 조사를 하였을 때에는 지체 없이 급여 실시 여부와 급여의 내용을 결정하여야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30>

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 급여 실시 여부와 급여 내용을 결정하였을 때에는 그 결정의 요지(급여의 산출 근거를 포함한다), 급여의 종류ㆍ방법 및 급여의 개시 시기 등을 서면으로 수급권자 또는 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30, 2019.12.3>

④ 신청인에 대한 제3항의 통지는 제21조에 따른 급여의 신청일부터 30일 이내에 하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 신청일부터 60일 이내에 통지할 수 있다. 이 경우 통지서에 그 사유를 구체적으로 밝혀야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30>
