National Health Promotion Act, Article 4 (Formulation of Comprehensive Plans for National Health Promotion)

①보건복지부장관은 제5조의 규정에 따른 국민건강증진정책심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 국민건강증진종합계획(이하 "종합계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립하여야 한다. 이 경우 미리 관계중앙행정기관의 장과 협의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
