국민건강보험법 제72조(재산보험료부과점수)

① 제69조제5항제2호에 따른 재산보험료부과점수는 지역가입자의 재산을 기준으로 산정한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 지역가입자가 실제 거주를 목적으로 대통령령으로 정하는 기준 이하의 주택을 구입 또는 임차하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 대출을 받고 그 사실을 공단에 통보하는 경우에는 해당 대출금액을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 평가하여 재산보험료부과점수 산정 시 제외한다. <개정 2017.4.18, 2019.12.3, 2024.2.6, 2024.2.20>

② 제1항에 따라 재산보험료부과점수의 산정방법과 산정기준을 정할 때 법령에 따라 재산권의 행사가 제한되는 재산에 대하여는 다른 재산과 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.6>

③ 지역가입자는 제1항 단서에 따라 공단에 통보할 때 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 신용정보, 「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 금융자산, 같은 조 제3호에 따른 금융거래의 내용에 대한 자료ㆍ정보 중 대출금액 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자료ㆍ정보(이하 "금융정보등"이라 한다)를 공단에 제출하여야 하며, 제1항 단서에 따른 재산보험료부과점수 산정을 위하여 필요한 금융정보등을 공단에 제공하는 것에 대하여 동의한다는 서면을 함께 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2019.12.3, 2022.6.10, 2024.2.6>
