Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Marine Biodiversity Institute of Korea, Article 13 ((Borrowings))
자원관은 운영을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 해양수산부장관의 승인을 받아 자금을 장기차입할 수 있다.
Where necessary for its operation, the Institute may make long-term borrowings with the approval of the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries.
