국가공간정보 기본법 제38조(비밀준수 등의 의무)

관리기관 또는 이 법이나 다른 법령에 따라 위탁을 받은 국가공간정보체계 관련 업무를 수행하는 기관, 법인, 단체에 소속되거나 소속되었던 자(용역계약 등에 따라 해당 업무를 수임한 자 또는 그 사용인을 포함한다)는 국가공간정보체계의 구축ㆍ관리 및 활용과 관련한 직무를 수행하면서 알게 된 비밀을 누설하거나 도용하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2020.6.9>
