Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 259-6 (Procedures for and Use of Compliance Measurement and Evaluation, etc.)

① 관세청장은 법 제255조의7제1항에 따라 연 4회의 범위에서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 대상으로 안전관리기준의 준수 정도에 대한 측정ㆍ평가(이하 이 조에서 "준수도측정ㆍ평가"라 한다)를 할 수 있다. <개정 2022.2.15, 2025.2.28>
