과학기술유공자 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 다음 각 호의 경우 위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 위원장은 제1항에 따라 위원회의 회의를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의 개최 7일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 심의안건을 각 위원에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급하게 회의를 소집하여야 하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 회의 개최 전날까지 통보할 수 있다.

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석과 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 held헬드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 registered^r레지스터드 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회는 법 제8조제2항 각 호의 사항에 대한 심의와 관련하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 신청인 또는 연구기관 등의 장에게 관련 자료의 제출을 요구하거나 이미 제출된 자료에 대하여 보완 또는 추가 요구를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제출 등을 요구받은 자는 특별한 사유가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 협조하여야 한다.

⑤ 위원회는 필요한 경우 관련 전문가 또는 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

(5) Where웨어 necessary,네서세^r리 the^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 hear히어 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 experts엑스펏츠 or오 relevant^r렐러^v번트 institutions인스티투션즈 and앤드 organizations,오거너제이션즈 etc.엣세터^r러

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.

(6) Beyond비안드 matters매터즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 in인 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) through^θ쓰^r루 (5), matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티
