감사원, 공소청(광역공소청, 지방공소청 및 지방공소청 지청을 포함한다. 이하 같다)과 중대범죄수사청ㆍ경찰, 그 밖의 수사기관은 연구기관 또는 연구회의 임직원에 대하여 직무와 관련된 사건에 관한 조사나 수사를 시작한 때와 이를 마친 때(공소청의 경우에는 공소제기 여부를 결정한 때를 말한다)에는 10일 이내에 연구기관의 원장 또는 연구회의 이사장에게 해당 사실과 결과를 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2026.8.4>
