공항시설관리권등록령 제70조(위반등록이 있는 경우의 말소의 통지)

등록공무원이 등록을 완료한 후 그 등록이 제33조제1호에 해당된 것임을 발견한 때에는 등록권리자ㆍ등록의무자 및 등록상 이해관계가 있는 제3자에 대하여 1월 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 기간내에 이의를 진술하지 아니한 때에는 등록을 말소한다는 뜻을 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 통지를 받을 자의 주소 또는 거소를 알 수 없는 때에는 이를 갈음하여 관보나 서울특별시에서 발간되는 신문에 1회 이상 공고하여야 한다.
