Airport Facility Management Right Registration Decree, Article 33 (Dismissal of Application)

등록공무원은 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 경우에는 그 이유를 기재한 서면에 의하여 신청을 각하하여야 한다. 다만, 신청의 흠결이 보정될 수 있는 경우로서 신청인이 1근무일 이내에 이를 보정한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
