대통령선거에 있어서 정당추천후보자가 후보자등록기간중 또는 후보자등록기간이 지난 후에 사망한 때에는 후보자등록마감일후 5일까지 제47조(政黨의 候補者推薦) 및 제49조(候補者登錄 등)의 규정에 의하여 후보자등록을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2000.2.16>
