공유재산 및 물품 관리법 제89조(물품이 아닌 동산의 관리)

① 지방자치단체가 보관하는 동산 중 이 법에 따른 물품이 아닌 동산(제2조제2호 각 목에 해당하는 동산은 제외한다)도 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이 법에 따른 물품에 준하여 관리할 수 있다. <개정 2010.2.4>
