공유재산 및 물품 관리법 제71조(사용할 수 없는 물품 등의 처리)

① 물품출납공무원은 그 보관 중인 물품(제73조제2항에 따른 명령에 따라 반납된 물품은 제외한다) 중 사용할 수 없거나 수선 또는 개조가 필요한 물품이 있으면 그 사실을 물품관리관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>

② 물품관리관은 제1항 또는 제73조제1항에 따른 보고에 의하여 수선 또는 개조가 필요한 물품이 있으면 계약담당공무원이나 그 밖의 관계 공무원에게 그 수선 또는 개조를 위하여 필요한 조치를 할 것을 청구하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>
