공무원임용시험령 제38조(전직시험의 합격 결정)

① 전직시험의 제1차시험 및 제2차시험은 각각 각 과목 만점의 40퍼센트 이상, 전 과목 총점의 60퍼센트 이상 득점한 사람을 합격자로 한다. 다만, 제37조제2항에 따라 제1차시험과 제2차시험을 병합하여 실시하는 경우에는 각 과목 만점의 40퍼센트 이상, 전 과목 총점의 60퍼센트 이상 득점한 사람을 합격자로 한다.

② 제37조제1항 및 제5항에 따라 면접시험을 실시하는 경우에 관하여는 제30조제2항 본문 또는 같은 조 제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "경력경쟁채용시험등"은 "전직시험"으로 본다. <개정 2013.4.22>
