공무원연금법 시행령 제10조(기준소득월액 등의 현재가치 환산)

① 법 제3조제1항제5호 본문에 따른 기준소득월액을 현재가치로 환산하는 방법은 기준소득월액에 적용기간별로 공무원보수인상률(법 제25조제2항에 따라 재직기간 또는 복무기간의 합산을 인정받은 경우 종전에 퇴직한 날이 속하는 달부터 공무원으로 다시 임용된 날이 속하는 달까지의 기간에 대해서는 「통계법」 제3조에 따라 국가데이터처장이 매년 고시하는 전전년도와 대비한 전년도 전국소비자물가변동률로 한다)에 1을 더한 숫자를 차례대로 곱하여 급여의 사유가 발생한 시점의 현재가치로 환산하는 방법으로 한다. <개정 2021.3.16, 2025.10.1>

② 법 제3조제1항제5호 단서에 따른 평균기준소득월액을 현재가치로 환산하는 방법은 평균기준소득월액에 연도별로 공무원보수인상률에 1을 더한 숫자를 차례대로 곱하여 연금의 지급이 시작되는 시점의 현재가치로 환산하는 방법으로 한다.
