공공주택 특별법 시행령 제55조(분납임대주택의 우선 분양전환)

분납임대주택의 임대사업자는 법 제50조의3제1항제1호에 따라 임차인에게 우선 분양전환하려는 경우에는 해당 임차인으로부터 임대 개시 전 또는 임대기간 중 분양전환금의 일부를 미리 받을 수 있다. 이 경우 분양전환금의 분납기준 및 분납방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.
