공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제48조(측량업 등록사항의 변경신고)

① 영 제37조에 따라 등록사항을 변경하려는 측량업자는 별지 제41호서식의 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 국토지리정보원장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장(「지방자치법」 제175조에 따라 서울특별시ㆍ광역시 및 특별자치시를 제외한 인구 50만 이상의 시의 시장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2014.1.17, 2020.12.31>

② 제1항에 따른 신고서를 제출받은 국토지리정보원장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장은「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 정보를 확인해야 한다. 이 경우 제1호(사업자등록증명만 해당한다) 및 제3호의 서류에 대해서는 신고인으로부터 확인에 대한 동의를 받고, 신고인이 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 그 서류(제3호의 경우에는 그 서류의 사본을 말한다)를 첨부하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2011.4.11, 2012.6.25, 2020.12.31, 2024.4.23>
