고용보험법 제13조(피보험자격의 취득일)

Employment Insurance Act, Article 13 (Date of Acquiring Insured Status)

①근로자인 피보험자는 이 법이 적용되는 사업에 고용된 날에 피보험자격을 취득한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 경우에는 각각 그 해당되는 날에 피보험자격을 취득한 것으로 본다. <개정 2011.7.21, 2019.1.15, 2020.5.26, 2021.1.5>

② 자영업자인 피보험자는 고용산재보험료징수법 제49조의2제1항 및 같은 조 제12항에서 준용하는 같은 법 제7조제3호에 따라 보험관계가 성립한 날에 피보험자격을 취득한다. <신설 2011.7.21, 2021.1.5>
