Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Performance of Duties by Police Officers, Article 11 (Establishment and Composition of Loss Compensation Deliberation Committees)

① 법 제11조의2제3항에 따라 소속 경찰관의 직무집행으로 인하여 발생한 손실보상청구 사건을 심의하기 위하여 경찰청, 해양경찰청, 시ㆍ도경찰청 및 지방해양경찰청에 손실보상심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 설치한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.31, 2024.9.19>

④ 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
