경찰관 직무집행법 제12조(벌칙)

이 법에 규정된 경찰관의 의무를 위반하거나 직권을 남용하여 다른 사람에게 해를 끼친 사람은 1년 이하의 징역이나 금고 또는 300만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2024.1.30>
