경제자유구역 및 제주국제자유도시의 외국교육기관 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 특별법 시행령 제5조(위원회의 구성 등)

①위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 7인 내지 9인의 위원으로 구성한다.

②승인권자는 교육계ㆍ교육관련 단체ㆍ산업계 그 밖에 각계의 견해를 대표할 수 있는 사람 중에서 교육행정에 관한 경험이 풍부한 사람을 위원으로 임명 또는 위촉하고, 그 임기는 1년으로 하되 연임할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.9.8>

(2) The^ð디 approving어프^r루^v빙 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 shall섈 appoint어포인트 or오 commission커미션 as애즈 members멤버즈 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 education에저케이션 administration애드미니스트^r레이션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 who후 can캔 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 views^v뷰즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 education에저케이션 community,커뮤너티 education-related에저케이션-^r릴레이티드 organizations,오거너제이션즈 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 other어^ð더 sectors,섹터즈 and앤드 their^ð데어 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 is이즈 one원 year이어 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

③위원장은 위원 중에서 호선하고, 위원회를 대표하며, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members,멤버즈 represents^r레프^r리젠츠 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 and앤드 presides프^r리자이즈 over오우^v버 the^ð더 Committee's커미티즈 affairs.어^f페어즈

④위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 chair.체어

⑤위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members.멤버즈
