1. 제5조제1항에 따른 설립기준을 위반한 경우

4. 휴가기간을 제외하고 계속하여 3개월 이상 수업을 하지 아니한 경우

5. 「산업교육진흥 및 산학연협력촉진에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호다목에 따른 외국교육기관이 산학연협력 관계 법령 또는 이에 따른 명령을 위반한 경우

6. 그 밖에 이 법 또는 이 법에 의한 명령을 위반한 경우
