경범죄 처벌법 시행령 제7조(철도특별사법경찰대장의 즉결심판 대상자 적발 통보 등)

① 철도특별사법경찰대장은 법 제7조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에게는 즉결심판 출석 통지를 받게 될 것임을 알리는 즉결심판 통지예고서를 즉시 발부하고, 즉결심판 대상자 적발통보서를 작성하여 관할 경찰서장 또는 해양경찰서장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2016.7.19, 2017.7.26>

② 철도특별사법경찰대장은 범칙금 납부통고서를 받은 사람이 범칙금을 납부한 사실이 납부기간만료일부터 5일이 지난 날까지 확인되지 아니할 때에는 즉시 범칙자의 주소지를 관할하는 경찰서장 또는 해양경찰서장에게 제3조제1항에 따른 범칙자 적발보고서 사본을 발송하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2016.7.19, 2017.7.26>
