건축사법 시행령 제30조의10(징계 사실의 통보)

국토교통부장관은 징계위원회의 의결에 따라 징계대상자에게 징계를 하였을 때에는 지체 없이 징계 사유와 징계 내용을 서면으로 징계대상자, 시ㆍ도지사 및 법 제31조에 따른 대한건축사협회에 각각 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2022.7.26>
