Building Act, Article 48-3 (Disclosure of Seismic Capacity of Buildings)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 건축물을 건축하고자 하는 자는 제22조에 따른 사용승인을 받는 즉시 건축물이 지진 발생 시에 견딜 수 있는 능력(이하 "내진능력"이라 한다)을 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 제48조제2항에 따른 구조안전 확인 대상 건축물이 아니거나 내진능력 산정이 곤란한 건축물로서 대통령령으로 정하는 건축물은 공개하지 아니한다. <개정 2017.12.26>
