가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제42조(수리, 불수리증명서와 서류의 열람)

① 신고인은 신고의 수리 또는 불수리의 증명서를 청구할 수 있다.

② 이해관계인은 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장에게 신고서나 그 밖에 수리한 서류의 열람 또는 그 서류에 기재한 사항에 관하여 증명서를 청구할 수 있다.

③ 증명서를 청구할 때에는 수수료를 납부하여야 한다.

④ 이해관계인은 법원에 보관되어 있는 신고서류에 대한 열람을 청구할 수 있다.

⑤ 제2항 및 제4항의 이해관계인의 자격과 범위 등에 관하여는 제14조제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
