Act on Compensation for Meritorious Irregular Forces Who Operated in Enemy Areas Around the Korean War, Article 6 (Rights of Bereaved Families)
유족은 위원회가 지급결정을 할 당시의 「민법」에 의한 상속의 순위에 따라 이 법에 따른 공로금의 지급을 받을 권리가 있다.
Bereaved families have the right to receive merit payments under this Act in the order of inheritance under the Civil Act at the time the Committee makes a decision on payment.
