5ㆍ18민주화운동 관련자 보상 등에 관한 법률 제6조(의료지원금)

① 5ㆍ18민주화운동과 관련하여 상이를 입은 사람 중에서 이 법 시행 당시 그 상이로 인하여 계속 치료가 필요하거나 상시 간병 또는 보장구(補裝具)의 사용이 필요한 사람에게는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 치료ㆍ간병 및 보장구 구입에 실제 드는 비용을 한꺼번에 지급한다. <개정 2021.6.8>
