심의위원회의 위원ㆍ직원 또는 위원ㆍ직원이었던 자, 심의위원회의 업무를 수행한 전문가 또는 민간단체와 그 관계자는 심의위원회의 비밀에 해당하는 정보ㆍ문서ㆍ자료 또는 물건을 다른 자에게 제공 또는 누설하거나 그 밖에 심의위원회의 업무수행 외의 목적을 위하여 이용하여서는 아니 된다.
