Special Act on Relief for and Support to the Victims of the April 16 Sewol Ferry Disaster, Article 42 (Exercise of Right of Reimbursement by the State, etc.)

① 국가등은 수난구호 및 희생자 유실방지 등을 위하여 인력ㆍ장비 등을 동원한 경우 이에 소요된 경비를 선지급할 수 있다.
