Special Act on Special Promotion of Corporals Honorably Discharged After Serving 30 Months or More, Article 3 (Responsibilities of the State)
국가는 상등병 만기전역자의 특별진급을 추진하기 위하여 필요한 정책을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.
The State shall formulate and implement policies necessary to promote the special promotion of corporals honorably discharged.
