조직위원회의 임직원과 제19조제1항에 따라 법인 또는 단체로부터 조직위원회에 파견된 임직원은 「형법」 제127조 및 제129조부터 제132조까지의 규정에 따른 벌칙의 적용에서는 공무원으로 본다.
