2018 평창 동계올림픽대회 및 동계패럴림픽대회 지원 등에 관한 특별법 제68조(주택공급에 관한 특례)

① 특구사업시행자는 입주기업이 입주기업 종사자를 위한 주택을 건설하려는 경우나 새로 설립된 교육기관 또는 의료기관이 교원ㆍ의사ㆍ간호사와 그 밖의 종사자를 위한 주택을 건설하려는 경우 주택건설용으로 조성된 토지를 우선 공급할 수 있다.

② 특구에서 입주기업의 종사자 또는 새로 설립된 교육기관ㆍ의료기관의 교원ㆍ의사ㆍ간호사와 그 밖의 종사자에게 주택을 공급하는 경우 「주택법」 제54조에도 불구하고 주택을 우선 공급할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.19>

③ 제2항에 따른 우선공급 대상자에게는 「주택도시기금법」에 따른 주택도시기금에서 주택구입자금 또는 전세자금을 융자할 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.6>
