Special Act on the Payment of Retirement Benefits to Military Personnel Who Retired Before December 31, 1959, Article 16 (Exclusion from Application of This Act)

이 법의 적용대상자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 이 법의 적용대상에서 제외한다. <개정 2018.12.24>

2. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 죄를 범하여 금고 1년 이상의 실형을 선고받고 그 형이 확정된 경우

가. 「형법」 제87조부터 제104조까지, 제250조부터 제254조까지, 제287조부터 제289조까지, 제292조, 제294조(제290조제1항 및 제291조제1항의 미수범은 제외한다), 제297조, 제297조의2, 제298조부터 제301조까지, 제301조의2, 제302조, 제303조, 제305조, 제333조부터 제339조까지, 제342조(제333조부터 제339조까지의 미수범에 한정한다), 제351조(제347조 및 제348조의 상습범에 한정한다) 또는 제352조(제347조 및 제348조의 상습범의 미수범에 한정한다)의 죄
