1959년 12월 31일 이전에 퇴직한 군인의 퇴직급여금지급에 관한 특별법 시행령 제6조(퇴직급여금 지급 결정)

①위원회가 퇴직급여금 지급결정을 한 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 별지 제6호서식의 퇴직급여금지급결정서를 작성하고 위원회에 출석한 위원이 기명날인하여야 한다. 이 경우 참석위원의 기명날인은 결정서 원본에 첨부하고 퇴직급여금지급 결정서 정본에는 이를 생략할 수 있다.
