1959년 12월 31일 이전에 퇴직한 군인의 퇴직급여금지급에 관한 특별법 시행령 제2조(퇴직급여금지급심의위원회 구성 및 운영)

①「1959년 12월 31일 이전에 퇴직한 군인의 퇴직급여금지급에 관한 특별법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조의 규정에 의한 퇴직급여금지급심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 국방부차관이 되며, 위원회의 위원은 관련분야에 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람, 국방부 소속 장교 또는 일반직공무원 중에서 국방부장관이 위촉 또는 임명한다.

②위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회를 대표하며, 위원회의 업무를 통할한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "chairperson")체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 exercise엑서사이즈 general제너^r럴 control컨트^r로울 over오우^v버 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 circumstances,서컴스탠시즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

④위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 1인과 국방부 및 각군에 실무직원을 둔다.
