119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제10조의3(119구급차의 운용)

① 소방청장등은 응급환자를 의료기관에 긴급히 이송하기 위하여 구급차(이하 "119구급차"라 한다)를 운용하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 119구급차의 배치기준, 장비(의료장비 및 구급의약품은 제외한다) 등 119구급차의 운용에 관하여 응급의료 관계 법령에 규정되어 있지 아니하거나 응급의료 관계 법령에 규정된 내용을 초과하여 규정할 필요가 있는 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
