① 법 제11조의2제11항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 다음 각 호의 기관을 말한다.

3. 그 밖에 보안, 안전관리 또는 업무수행 등의 사유로 일반 공중이 출입하기에 적합하지 않은 경우로서 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 충전시설의 개방이 타당하지 않다고 인정하는 경우

③ 법 제11조의2제11항에 따라 충전시설을 개방하는 자는 개방 사실을 알리는 표지를 외부에서 알 수 있는 위치에 부착해야 한다.
