Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Development and Distribution of Eco-Friendly Motor Vehicles, Article 18-3 (Public Disclosure of Violations)

① 법 제10조의2제1항에 따라 환경친화적 자동차를 구매하여야 하는 공공기관 및 지방공기업의 장은 환경친화적 자동차의 구매실적을 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 3개월 이내에 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 법 제10조의2제2항에 따라 환경친화적 자동차의 구매 의무를 이행하지 아니한 공공기관 및 지방공기업의 명단을 다음 각 호의 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 일반일간신문에 공표할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
