환경친화적 산업구조로의 전환촉진에 관한 법률 제8조(청정생산기술의 이전ㆍ확산)

① 정부는 청정생산기술의 이전과 개발성과의 확산을 촉진하기 위하여 필요한 시책을 마련하여야 한다.

② 산업통상부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장은 청정생산기술의 이전과 개발성과의 확산을 촉진하기 위하여 청정생산기술 업무를 전문적으로 수행하는 기관 등 산업통상부령으로 정하는 기관으로 하여금 기업에 대하여 청정생산기술의 활용에 관한 생산공정 진단ㆍ지도사업과 청정생산기술의 보급사업 등을 추진하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 기관에 필요한 자금을 출연하거나 그 밖에 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2021.10.19, 2025.10.1>
