Act on Promotion of Transition to an Environmentally Friendly Industrial Structure, Article 7 (Cleaner Production Support Center)

① 산업통상부장관은 청정생산기술의 보급, 기업의 녹색경영 촉진 및 중소기업에 대한 청정생산기술의 지원 등을 하기 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 대통령령으로 정하는 연구기관을 청정생산지원센터로 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.13, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
