환경정책기본법 제12조의3(환경기준의 평가 등)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 제12조에 따른 환경기준의 적정성 유지를 위하여 5년의 범위에서 환경기준에 대한 평가를 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 제1항에 따라 환경기준의 평가를 실시한 때에는 그 결과를 지체 없이 국회 소관 상임위원회에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제12조제1항 및 제3항에 따라 환경기준을 설정하거나 변경할 때에는 제1항에 따른 평가 결과를 반영하여야 한다.

④ 그 밖에 환경기준의 평가 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
