Environmental Impact Assessment Act, Article 73 (Penalty Provisions)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2017.11.28, 2024.10.22>

1. 제34조제3항 및 제40조제2항(제52조의3제7항제1호에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 공사중지명령을 이행하지 아니한 자

2. 제34조제4항 또는 제40조제4항(제52조의3제7항제1호에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 공사중지명령 또는 원상복구명령을 이행하지 아니한 사업자
