환경영향평가법 제21조(변경협의)

① 주관 행정기관의 장은 제16조부터 제18조까지의 규정에 따라 협의한 개발기본계획에 대하여 제20조 각 호에 해당하지 아니하는 변경을 하려는 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 미리 기후에너지환경부장관과 변경 내용에 대하여 협의를 하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 주관 행정기관의 장은 제16조부터 제18조까지의 규정에 따라 협의한 정책계획을 변경하려는 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 기후에너지환경부장관과 변경 내용에 대하여 협의를 하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 변경협의에 대하여는 제16조부터 제19조까지의 규정을 준용한다.
