환경기술 및 환경산업 지원법 제16조(등록취소 또는 영업정지된 환경전문공사업자의 계속 시공 등)

① 제15조제5항에 따라 등록의 취소 또는 영업정지처분을 받은 자는 그 처분 전에 체결한 도급계약에 대하여만 환경전문공사를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도지사나 대도시의 장은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시공감리자를 지정하여 공사를 관리ㆍ감독하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.4.28, 2025.3.25, 2025.10.1>
